PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide opening/closing structure of a console lid improved in opening/closing operability and preventing deterioration in material quality of the console lid. SOLUTION: A coupling member 50 for coupling the console lid 20 to a console main body 10 freely to be opened and closed is respectively supported by a rear side of the console main body 10 and the console lid 20 through a first pivotal support shaft 42 and a second pivotal support shaft 46. A lock pin 70 capable of moving along a guide rail 60 provided in the console main body 10 is provided in a front end of the console lid 20. The guide rail 60 is provided with a rail opening port 62 for allowing a removal of the lock pin 70 from the guide rail 60 in the case wherein the console lid 20 is positioned in a semi-opening position. The console lid 20 is provided with a lock member 80 to be detachably locked with the first pivotal shaft 42 when the console lid 20 is displaced from the full-closing position to the semi-opening position.
