PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foam discharge container capable of preventing the water sucked into a cylinder part along with the open air from penetrating into an air chamber when the pressure of a pump head is released even under an environment where a large amount of water is easy to touch. SOLUTION: The foam discharge container 10 is constituted by attaching a foam discharge device 13, which mixes a housed liquid with air to discharge the same in a foamed state, to a mouth neck part 12 of a container body 11. The foam discharge device 13 is equipped with a base cap 14 mounted on the mouth neck part 12 of the container body 11 and the pump head 19 provided to the base cap 14 in a reciprocally movable manner, and the pump head 19 has a hollow pipe 22 for pressing pistons 15 and 16 which make the volumes of an air chamber 24 and a liquid chamber 30 variable and a skirt like wall 25 provided outside the hollow pipe 22 and, when the pump head 19 is moved reciprocally, the inner peripheral wall of the skirt like wall 25 is brought into slide contact with the outer peripheral surface of the air chamber 24 to take the open air in the air chamber 24 through the gap between the hollow pipe 22 and a pipe insertion hole 27.
