The present invention relates to a multi-part housing (2) for a transmission controller (1) having an upper housing part (3), a lower housing part (4) and a frame part (5), wherein the frame part (5) can be attached between the upper housing part (3) and the lower housing part (4) in such a way that a space (7) for an electronic control unit (31) and the mechatronic components (27, 28, 29, 30) of the transmission controller (1) is formed between the upper housing part (3) and the lower housing part (4). According to the invention, the frame part (5) is designed such that the space (7) is divided into at least two holding spaces (8, 9, 10) for the electronic control unit (31) and mechatronic components (27, 28, 29, 30).
