摘要

The present invention aims to improve abrasion resistance in a silica film containing an organic matter. The silica film mainly contains silica as an inorganic oxide, while containing, as an organic matter, a poorly water-soluble polymer such as a polymer having a solubility of not more than 1.0 g in 100 g of water at 25°C, which is typified by at least one polymer selected from polycaprolactone polyol, bisphenol A polyol and glycerin polyol. This silica film exhibits good abrasion resistance not only in Taber abrasion test but also in steel wool abrasion test.
