JOINING METHOD AND METHOD OF FABRICATING OLED USING THE SAME

A joining method and a method of fabricating an OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diode) using the same are provided to reduce process time and cost required for purifying of a process chamber contaminated with an organic adhesive through direct joining of a flexible film and a support. A joining method includes the steps of: supplying a support(10) and a flexible film(20); forming a first metal film(31) on one surface of the support and a second metal film(32) on one surface of the flexible film; performing a washing process on the first metal film and the second metal film; forming a first radical film(41) on the first metal film and a second radical film(42) on the second metal film through a plasma process; and joining the first radical film and the second radical film by performing a joining process.
