PHOTO-IMAGINABLE CONDUCTOR PASTE AND THE MANUFACTURING METHOD THEROF

A photosensitive electrode paste, and a method for preparing the photosensitive electrode paste are provided to form a micropattern by direct UV irradiation and to allow it to be sintered with low temperature co-fired ceramic(LTCC) simultaneously. A photosensitive electrode paste comprises a photosensitive organic composition which comprises a binder polymer, a monomer, a photoinitiator, a dispersant, an anti-settling agent, and at least one selected from a UV absorber and a plasticizer; and 75-90 wt% of an electrode powder which comprises at least one selected from silver(Ag), palladium(Pd), copper(Cu) and an Ag/Pd alloy. Preferably the binder polymer comprises an acrylic resin having a glass transition temperature of 80 deg.C and an acrylic resin having a glass transition temperature of 123 deg.C in a ratio of 1:1 to 1:3 by weight.
