A method for controlling pressure of a pressure reducing valve for supplying tap water is provided to control pressure accurately by increasing reactivity for variation of pressure on a second chamber with interaction between a micro motor pump and a sub chamber. A method for controlling pressure of a pressure reducing valve(30) for supplying tap water includes the steps of: measuring pressure of an outlet(o); converting an analog signal for the pressure of the outlet into a digital signal; receiving measurement data for the digital signal; calculating data by comparing the measurement data and a predetermined comparison data; and lifting up and down a main disk(21) of the pressure reducing valve by allowing a micro motor pump(40) to provide fluid into a pilot valve or to suck the fluid out of the pilot valve based on the calculated data.
