A hood stay rod mounting device of a vehicle is provided to prevent a bushing from being damaged or broken by preventing the bushing from being separated from a clip in the process of working. A hood stay rod mounting device of a vehicle comprises a bushing(10) and a clip(20). The bushing is mounted on a hood panel to support a stay rod. The clip surrounds the holder to protect the holder. The bushing includes a coupling hole(12) into which the stay rod is inserted and a guide groove(14) for guiding the stay rod toward the coupling hole. A stepped portion(15) and an insertion slot(16) are formed in the bushing such that the hood panel is inserted into the insertion slot. A coupling groove is formed at an outer peripheral surface of the bushing.
