PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake control system capable of preventing overheat condition of a solenoid valve arranged in a hydraulic circuit and capable of securing stability in control.
SOLUTION: When a request to increase the pressure to a wheel cylinder is input during the DAC (Downhill Assist Control) control, the pressure increase control is performed by an ECB (Electronically controlled Brake) till the wheel cylinder pressure reaches an EPB (Electric Parking Brake) operation determination value PO (an energizing limit determination value), and the braking force is thereby improved. When the wheel cylinder pressure reaches the EPB operation determination value PO, the braking force hereafter is compensated by the EPB. Namely, an energizing current value to the solenoid valve is controlled not to exceed the energizing current limit value. On the other hand, since the energizing current value in the pressure reduction control is originally small, hydraulic pressure control is performed by the ECB.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
