<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warming and cold-protection article where the temperature of a pocketable body warmer in an on-demand system storage bag is controlled in accordance with user's body temperature to make the pocketable body warmer generate heat as necessary and also generate fragrance. <P>SOLUTION: The warming and cold-protection article controls generation of the fragrance from the pocketable body warmer 1 and potpourri k through opening or closing the cover c of an opening/closing mechanism b installed at an inlet inside the storage bag (a).
