<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pouch container designed so that contents can easily be injected stably from the injection opening of an injection member in a self-supporting position. <P>SOLUTION: The pouch container has a pouch 10 obtained by forming a flexible sheet into the shape of a bag, the injection member 20 and a discharging opening member 30, which are attached to the pouch 10. The pouch 10 is formed from a pair of external sheets 11, front and back, and a gusset sheet 12 folded inside from the lower ends of both the external sheets 11 and forming a bottom gusset. The peripheral edges of the internal face of the folded gusset sheet 12 are heat sealed to the peripheral edges of the external sheets 11. Also, since the peripheral edges of both the external sheets 11 are heat sealed, the bag shape is formed. The injection member 20 is composed of a main body 21 having the injection opening, and a screw cap 22 for opening or closing the injection opening. The main body 21 is heat sealed between the upper edges UE of the external sheets 11 so that the discharging opening is oriented right above, with the pouch 10 in a self-supporting position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
