EXTRUDER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF RUBBER COATED LINEAR MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extruder equipped with a rubber coating head reduced in the abrasion due to a wire material and capable of being used over a long period of time by minimum replacement of parts, and a method for manufacturing a rubber coated wire material using the extruder.

SOLUTION: A plurality of introducing holes 7 for introducing the wire material 6 are formed to the rubber coating head 1. Cylindrical guide members 9 made of ceramics and having guide holes 18 provided to its center part are respectively arranged to the respective introducing holes 7. A fixing means 17 for fixing the respective guide members 9 so as to hold them along with a head main body 5 is provided and the respective guide members 9 are made freely slidable on the head main body 5 by the pressing force of the fixing means 17 to the guide members 9.
