<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective mechanical installation for processing workpieces. <P>SOLUTION: A device module is formed by arrangement of different storage units 9 and 10 of a workpiece storage part 2, different processing units 3/1, 3/2 on a processing side, and different filling units 5 and 6 of a filling device 7. The workpiece can be stored in the storage side by the filling unit between the storage unit and the processing unit arranged with each other, and can be delivered to the processing unit of the corresponding device module on the processing side. A transferring device 24 is disposed between the filling units of the different device module and/or the storage units, and the workpiece can be delivered to the filling unit of the different device module and/or the storage unit by the transferring device, and/or the workpiece can be stored from the filling unit of the different device module and/or the storage unit by the transferring device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
