PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centralized control device of an air conditioning system, and an air conditioning system capable of determining a divided ratio of energy amount used by each indoor unit even in the middle of the period of time. SOLUTION: This air-conditioning centralized control device 40 comprises an energy use amount proportional division portion 45c for determining a shear ratio of the energy amount used by each indoor unit to the total energy use amount from a start day of a prescribed period to an input day of an instruction signal on the basis of an operating state of an outdoor unit and each indoor unit by one or a plurality of refrigerant systems according to the instruction signal input from the external, a shear ratio information outputting portion 44 outputting the information relating to the shear ratio to the external 80, and a control portion 45 for controlling the information relating to the shear ratio to be output to the external while updatably holding the information relating to the operating states and the information relating to the energy use amount stored in a storing portion 43, when the day when the instruction signal is input is not the last day of the prescribed period.
