PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotational positioning device capable of preventing a bottom surface of a workpiece from being damaged or broken by friction between a lower surface of the workpiece and a conveyor upper surface even in a case where the workpiece is rotated on a conveyor. SOLUTION: The rotational positioning device 10 for directing the workpieces 14 aligned with a constant interval and delivered by the conveyor 12 to a certain direction by rotating them around a vertical axis C consists of three floating-up means 16 for floating three workpieces on the conveyor 12; a gripping means 18 for gripping the three workpieces 14 and transport them to a transporting direction of the conveyor 12; a rotation means 20 for rotating the three gripped workpieces 14 respectively around the vertical axis C; and a stop means 22 for stopping the rotated workpieces 14 when they are directed to the certain direction.
