PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated stain-proofing coated film not containing a chromium compound, capable of firmly attaching a stainproof coated film to propellers and excellent in long-term stainproofing property and to provide a method for carrying out stain proofing of a base material surface, particularly a propeller surface for a long period. SOLUTION: The laminated stainproofing coated film is composed of (P) a primer coated film formed of a primer composition containing (A) an epoxy resin and (B) a curing agent and (Q) a stainproof coated film formed on the surface of the primer coated film (P). The stainproofing method of the base material comprises coating the surface of the base material with the laminated stainproof coated film so as to become an order of the base material/the primer coated film (P)/the stainproof coated film (Q).
