PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce crosstalk between a plurality of signal electrodes. SOLUTION: A feedthrough capacitor array includes a first ground terminal electrode, a second ground terminal electrode, two first signal terminal electrodes, and two second signal terminal electrodes which are formed on the surfaces of a dielectric element. The dielectric element includes first and second ground electrodes 33, 34, 37, and 38 and first and second signal electrodes 35 and 36. The first ground electrodes 33 and 37 and the first signal electrode 35 are opposed to each other with dielectric layers 23 and 24 disposed therebetween, and the second ground electrodes 34 and 38 and the second signal electrode 36 are opposed to each other with the dielectric layers 23 and 24 disposed therebetween. The first signal electrode 35 and the second ground electrodes 34 and 38 are disposed so as not to overlap each other in opposed directions, and the second signal electrode 36 and the first ground electrodes 33 and 37 are disposed so as not to overlap each other in opposed directions.
