PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid a situation that a command of high priority is brought into a processing waiting state. SOLUTION: A command filter 23 cancels a new status request command based on a state transition matrix not to be transmitted to a device control program 22 when a communication control program 21 receives the new status request command from a controller 3 during a period when the communication control program 21 transmits a status request command received from the controller 3 to the device control program 22, and when the device control program 22 executes status transmission control processing in response to the status request command.
