PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin bag with a slider, which ensures airtight and watertight characteristics and surely preventing a drop of the slider. SOLUTION: In the synthetic resin bag having a male-female claws meshed type fastener 4 opened and closed by the slider 6 at an opening section 3, the synthetic resin bag is provided with: an inner guide 7, in which a pair of projected ridges 5 opposing to the upper part of the fastener 4 are arranged in parallel to the fastener 4, having a tapered section 7a and straight section 7b for removing a meshed situation of the fastener 4 on the slider 6, and a connecting section 7c for preventing the drop of the slider 6 by connecting with the projected ridges 5; a projecting section 8 for making the fastener 4 meshed by pushing the fastener 4; and a notch section 9 in which the inner guide 7 is retracted into a side seal 2 at a closing side of the fastener 4.
