PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a humidity control property architectural material having both humidity control property and flexibility. SOLUTION: In a laminate having a decoration layer laminated on a humidity control layer, the humidity control layer contains a moisture absorbable and dischargeable granular material and an organic bonding material having glass transition temperature of -50°C to 50°C. The decoration layer contains colored aggregate having an average particle diameter of 0.01 to 1 mm, and an organic bonding material having glass transition temperature of -50°C to 50°C. In an area occupying 5% to 80% of the front surface of the decoration layer, a particle cohesion type air-permeable material in which the weight ratio of the organic bonding material to the colored aggregate of 30 wt.% or less and its weight ratio is set relatively lower than that of peripheral area, is buried.
