A multi-air conditioner is provided to improve space utilization within an outdoor unit while maximizing heat transfer efficiency by installing a plate-type supercooler including multilayered plates. A multi-air conditioner comprises one or more outdoor units, one or more indoor units, and a plate-type supercooler(400). The outdoor unit comprises an outdoor heat exchanger(180) to allow heat transfer between refrigerant and outdoor air. The indoor unit includes a cycle corresponding to the outdoor unit. The plate-type supercooler is installed within the outdoor unit, for returning a part of refrigerant discharged from the outdoor heat exchanger through a return line(450) and making the rest of the refrigerant supercooled.
