<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily carry out wiring of signal lines so as to prevent the signal lines from interfering with the slide operation by devising means of wiring the signal lines that electrically connects a first case body to a second case body, with respect to a slide type mobile device. <P>SOLUTION: The slide type mobile device includes the first case body 2 having a display portion and the second case body 3 having an operating portion disposed on the respective surfaces thereof, wherein the first case body 2 and second case body 3 are electrically connected by a flexible substrate 11 so that they are freely slid by a slide mechanism 4. Additionally, the device includes a pair of rail portions 12 which are disposed on a surface of the second case body 3 being extended in a slide direction of the first case body 2, and a pair of twisted coil springs 14 and 15 which assists the first case body 2 in sliding on the rail portion 12 of the second case body 3 between a pair of rail portions 12.
