<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base component for a combined-use device installed on the desktop or wall, a pair of which are not viewed from the front of the device when hung on the wall and which can be easily assembled when set up on the desktop. <P>SOLUTION: When a device concerned is set up on the desktop, each hook 52 on one base component 51 is engaged in each hole of the device's body at first, and then, if the other base component 51 is brought closer to the former one such that each hook on the other base component engages into each hole of the device, the state shown in (E) is produced. After that, if the other base component is moved by a distance of displacement (a) in an arrow direction in respect to the former base component, both base components are assembled and are locked. Namely, if each protrusion 53b extends over each rib 51b through the resiliency of each arm part 53, the other base component is prevented from moving in a direction opposite to the former base component.
