<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure large transporting capacity as far as possible for a specific floor having much traffic demand. <P>SOLUTION: If a landing call signal from a landing button 3 on a floor is input, an ordinary/specific floor discriminating means 4 discriminates that the floor is either one of an ordinary floor or a specific floor. If the floor is the ordinary floor, a new/old elevator service zone discriminating means 5 discriminates to which zone between a new elevator service zone and an old elevator service zone the floor is belonged, according to the reference of a service zone setting table 8. On the other hand, if the floor is the specific floor, a new/old elevator number monitoring means 6 outputs each number of the elevators in a new elevator group and an old elevator group which is always monitored.
