PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display apparatus which reduces display unevenness by suppressing relative errors of gradation voltages. SOLUTION: A gradation voltage generating circuit 22 according to the present invention includes: a first contact 8 supplying a first reference voltage VG0; a second contact 9 supplying a second reference voltage VGNdifferent from the first reference voltage VG0; a resistance element 7 supplying a current I to between the first contact 8 and second contact 9; and a plurality of contacts 4, 5, and 6-1 to 6-(N-1) connected to the resistance element 7 and outputting a plurality of gradation voltages V0to VN, where a terminal 4 outputting the gradation voltage V0closest to the first reference voltage VG0is provided in an area different from the area where the current I of a resistance element 7 flows.
