PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal which automatically changes setting of call arrival permission/rejection or setting of incoming call volume or the like in accordance with the moving situation of a person carrying the mobile terminal therewith. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a mobile terminal comprising an acceleration sensor. The mobile terminal includes: a recording unit for recording information about how many times a voltage is detected per unit time detected by the acceleration sensor and magnitude of the voltage; a moving situation determination unit which determines how many times the voltage is detected within a predetermined time on the basis of the number of times of voltage detection per unit time recorded in the recording unit and uses the number of times of voltage detection and the information about the magnitude of the voltage to determine the moving situation of a person carrying the mobile terminal therewith; and a call arrival control unit which performs any one or more of setting of call arrival permission/rejection in the mobile terminal, setting of whether to sound ring back tones, setting of call arrival volume and setting of a vibration function in accordance with a change in the moving situation.
