PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the consumption power of a logic circuit with transistors having only the same type. SOLUTION: The logic circuit has a first logic unit connecting a power supply end to a first voltage source while inputting a voltage signal at an input end and a second logic unit connecting the power supply end to the first voltage source while connecting the input end to the input end of the first logic unit. The logic circuit further has a boost unit connecting the input end to the output end of the first logic unit, connecting the power supply end to a second power supply end and boosting and lowering a voltage at the output end of the first logic unit and a resistance unit connecting the input end to the output end of the boost unit while connecting the output end to the output end of the second logic unit. The logic circuit further has an all amplitude-signal generator connecting the first power supply end to the power supply end of the first logic unit, connecting the second power supply end to a second voltage source, connecting the input end to the input end of the first logic unit, connecting a control end to the output end of the resistance unit and generating all amplitude logic signals.
