PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor and image processing system capable of performing management in the same manner as when the substance of image data is stored in the management of storage capacity or the like even when the image data is managed by link information. SOLUTION: A first MFP hard disk is provided with A1 to A3 boxes, and a second MFP hard disk is provided with B1 to B3 boxes. Image data of FileID=1 is stored in A1. Not the image data of the FileID=1 but link information of the FileID=1 is stored in B1 as shown by an arrow. When a remaining amount of B1 is displayed, a remaining amount of storage capacity of B1 is calculated on the basis of not a data amount of the link information of the FileID=1 but a data amount of the image data of the FileID=1 and displayed.
