PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily clean inner faces of heat transfer tubes of a heat exchanger. SOLUTION: This heat exchanger exchanges heat by allowing a low-temperature fluid to flow around a plurality of heat transfer tubes 6 in which a high-temperature gas passes.
