PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressurized fluid cylinder device for giving no damage to a plug opening device even when pressure in a gas cylinder is abnormally increased. SOLUTION: The pressurized fluid cylinder device 1 comprises the pressurized fluid cylinder 5 filled with pressurized fluid, and the plug opening device 4 for opening/closing the pressurized fluid cylinder 5. The plug opening device 4 has a housing 8 formed with a flow-in part 21 in which an on-off valve 9 is arranged for opening/closing the pressurized fluid cylinder 5 and into which the pressurized fluid filled in the pressurized fluid cylinder 5 flows, and a release passage 23 from which the pressurized fluid is released to the outside when pressure in the pressurized fluid cylinder 5 is increased, the flow-in part 21 and the release passage 23 having one end exposed to the inside of the pressurized fluid cylinder 5, and a rupture disc 25 adhered to the housing 8 to close one end of the release passage 23 of the housing 8 exposed to the inside of the pressurized fluid cylinder 5.
