PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently secure lubrication in an engaging part between an annular groove of a spline ring in a transmission shift stage change-over device and a shift fork. SOLUTION: The shift fork has a circular pawl bent with the same curvature as the curvature of the annular groove of the spline ring. The shift fork is tilted between a change-over operation position where the pawl uniformly approaches to/abuts on the bottom of the annular groove of the spline ring throughout its whole length and a change-over standby position where the pawl approaches to/abuts on the bottom of the annular groove of the spline ring at one end on the downstream side in view along the moving direction of the annular groove with the rotation of the spline ring and floats from the bottom of the annular ring of the spline ring at the other end on the upstream side.
