PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an existing building aseismic reinforcing structure which can prevent occurrence of noise and vibration during execution of aseismic reinforcing work, and exerts effective aseismic reinforcement according to the earthquake resisting performance of an existing building. SOLUTION: The existing building aseismic reinforcing structure is implemented by adding a concrete earthquake resisting wall 18 in an opening section 16 enclosed by column bodies 12 and beam bodies 14 of the existing building. The concrete earthquake resisting wall 18 is made of fiber-reinforced concrete, and fixed to the opening section 16 by the adhesive force imparted to the fiber-reinforced concrete. Further the earthquake resisting wall 18 has slits 20 formed therein according to the earthquake resisting performance of the existing building. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
