PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a nonwoven fabric having uniform thickness, and obtained by accumulating nanofibers. SOLUTION: The apparatus 100 for producing the nonwoven fabric has jetting nozzles 112 from which a raw liquid 200 is jetted and to which an electric voltage is applied, and an accumulated means 160 on which the formed nanofibers 200 are accumulated. The apparatus also has an altering electric field-forming means 120 for forming an electric field altering the distribution, and installed in an accumulating part 161 for accumulating the nanofibers 200 on the accumulated means 160.
