PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clean paper powder adhering to a rubber roller with high efficiency and economy. SOLUTION: This paper sheet take-out apparatus includes the rubber roller 8 negatively charged by rotation in contact with a paper sheet P to take out a paper sheet P and a cleaning belt 12 for removing paper powder adhering onto the rubber roller 8 by applying positive charges to the rubber roller 8 by traveling in contact with the rubber roller.
