PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable accurate dressing by improving dressing technique for a grinding wheel for internal grinding to prevent a grinding wheel shaft for internal grinding from being deformed by the dressing force of a rotary dresser. SOLUTION: A bearing block 7 having a recessed surface 7a corresponding to the outer peripheral surface of the grinding wheel 1 for internal grinding is installed, and a static pressure bearing 8 is formed along the recessed surface. For a pressure oil 9 supplied to the static pressure bearing, the grinding fluid branched from the grinding fluid circulation system of the dressing device is desirably used. The internal pressure of the static pressure bearing 8 is detected by a pressure sensor 11 and inputted to an automatic controller 12.
