PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an odor from discharging in either case when locating a garbage treatment tank inside a device, and when taking out the tank in order to charge garbage. SOLUTION: A garbage treatment machine comprises a box-shaped treatment body 1, a garbage treatment tank 2 drawably arranged therein, an odor suction port 3a arranged thereabove, a deodorizing tank 3b, suction piping 3c connecting the suction port 3a to the upper end of the deodorizing tank 3b, a deodorizing part 3 comprising exhausting piping 3d for discharging deodorized exhaust from the lower end of the deodorizing tank 3b and an exhaust fan 3e for discharging odor inserted on the way of the exhaust piping 3d, bypass piping 4 bypassing the deodorizing tank 3b and the exhaust fan 3e to be arranged for connecting a portion between a portion on the way of the suction piping 3c and a portion on a downstream side of the exhaust fan 3e, and a temporary exhaust fan 4a performing an exhaust operation only for two seconds by applying a press-on operation to a button switch 4b inserted on the way.
