The instrument (1) has a connecting piece (11) provided with a hollow space (13), where an inlet port (12) provided for the connection to a supply pipe (3) discharges into the hollow space. The connecting piece has an outlet port (10) connected with the hollow space. The connecting piece is formed in a cylindrical manner and is utilizable in a bore hole (9) under the sealed closure of the bore hole of a jaw bone (8). The instrument stays in connection with an oscillation unit (15) i.e. ultrasound transducer, where oscillations of the oscillation unit are transferred into the hollow space. An independent claim is also included for a device for utilization with a crestal sinus lift.
