<p>A pyrolysis process for waste and old rubber comprises cracking the rubber block in a reactor under the presence of a catalyst, wherein the catalyst includes 35-50 weight parts of aluminosilicate, 15-30 weight parts of active alumina, 10-20 weight parts of zinc oxide, 5-15 weight parts of activated clay, and 5-15 weight parts of kaoline, the weight ratio of the catalyst to rubber block is 2-7:1000, and the pyrolysis temperature is 350-450?. The rubber can be cracked fully under low temperature with such a catalyst combination, the cracking of the carbon chains of the rubber can be controlled nicely because the temperature is controlled at 350-450?, and more carbon chains with small carbons are obtained through relatively uniform cracking, so the oil product has a high yield, a small quantity of waste gas is obtained and it complies with the effluent standard.</p> |
