A network access method and a system and an apparatus thereof, the method comprises: the base station sending the frame to the AAS CPE through the wave packet established by the adaptive antenna, said wave packet pointing to the different directions, said frame containing the competition window used for competing the bandwidth, sending the bandwidth request through the competition window to the base station when the AAS CPE needs requesting the bandwidth, and completing the network access process if the AAS CPE obtaining the request bandwidth.
