<p>An LP(Lead Patenting) heat treatment steel wire is provided to increase the tensile strength after heat treatment by controlling content of C, adding Si to Cr, and controlling a fine structure. An LP heat treatment steel wire having excellent tensile strength includes, by weight%, C:0.92~0.97%, Mn: less than 0.5%, Si:0.2~0.7%, Cr:0.1~0.5%, and the remainder Fe, and other unavoidable impurities, wherein the total of the content of Si and Cr is 0.5~1.0%, and a laminar interval of the fine structure is less than 65mum. The LP heat treatment is made at 550~650°C.</p> |
