A memo fixing device is provided to be installed easily on the desks, walls, and vehicles by using a double-sided tape attached to the lower side of a fixing plate. A memo holder is composed of: a holder body for slidably inserting a memo into a gap between first and second support units supported at predetermined elastic power; a wire coupled to the lower part of the holder body; a spherical fixing tool linked to the lower end of the wire; a fixing plate equipped with a socket pivot-combined with the fixing tool so that the fixing tool turns longitudinally and horizontally; and an attaching unit for sticking the fixing plate on the specific installation position. First and second transparent plates are inserted between the first and second support units while coming into contact with both sides of the memo, in order to hold the shape of the memo.
