<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet excellent in a film characteristic and magnetic characteristic. <P>SOLUTION: After primary recrystallized annealing, but preceding to coating of annealing-separation agent, a metal-containing material of one or more kinds selected among Si, Cu, Sn, Co and Ni, is electro-deposited in the range of 0.1-50 mg/m<SP>2</SP>total quantity of the conversion of these metal elements and thereafter, the annealing-separation agent is coated when the grain-oriented electrical steel sheet is manufactured by using a steel slab having composition system containing no inhibitor composition as the raw material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
