<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical conductive roller comprising a resin coating layer of a stable quality and improving the durability without requiring a long drying line in the production step. <P>SOLUTION: An electrical conductive roller includes a shaft member 2, an elastic layer 3 disposed on an outer side of the shaft member 2 in a radial direction and at least one resin coating layer 4 disposed on an outer side of the elastic layer in the radial direction, wherein a resin coating layer 4 at least adjacent to the elastic layer 3 is made of an ultraviolet-cured resin formed by curing a paint for the resin coating layer comprising (A) a (metha)acrylate oligomer, (B) a (metha)acrylate monomer and (C) a photopolymerization initiator through irradiation of ultraviolet rays, and having an elongation at break of not less than 80%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
