<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a laminated sheet enhanced not only in the appearance of its edge part but also in the degree of flexibility of its shape, and a terminal treatment method of the laminated sheet. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the laminated sheet 20 has a first process for heating and softening the peripheral edge part 1a of a laminated material 1 made of a thermoplastic resin obtained by laminating a pair of plate-shaped members 3 and 4 via vertical wall parts 2b, a second process for holding the laminated material 1, of which the peripheral edge part 1a is heated and softened between a pair of split molds 17 to clamp the molds and respectively pressing a pair of the plate-shaped members 3 and 4 toward the other plate-shaped members 4 and 3 to bring a pair of the plate-shaped members 3 and 4 with each other to weld them, a third process for injecting air in the heated and softened peripheral edge part 1a to expand the peripheral edge part 1a of the laminated material 1 to bring peripheral edge part 1a into close contact with the inner surfaces of a pair of the split molds 17, and a fourth process for further press the split molds 17 to demold the laminated sheet 20 from the laminated material 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
