摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating resistor type gas flow-rate measuring device capable of accurately and stably measuring gas flow-rate over a long term with preventing from depositing of salt on the heating resistor and minimizing variation of properties of the heating resistor in a heating resistor type gas flow-rate measuring device which measures gas flow-rate based on the heat release quantity from the heating resistor when making heating current flow to heat the heating resistor at high temperature. <P>SOLUTION: A heating resistor type gas flow-rate measuring device measures gas flow-rate based on the heat release quantity from a heating resistor 3 by carrying heating current to the heating resistor to heat it up to over 120°C. The heat generation resistor 3 is fixed and supported by the lead member 5 composed of a conductive member. A shelter 7 is arranged at the upstream side of the lead member, and when the heating resistor type gas flow-rate measuring device is being driven, the place of the lead member, of which surface temperature is about 100°C, is shielded by the shelter 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p>
