<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure biological information continuously without disturbing during the daily life and exercise and without giving an uncomfortable feeling to a user. <P>SOLUTION: An arm-attachable type biological information measuring device is equipped with a display part 6, a main body 2 of the device, a wrist band 3 for attaching the main body 2 to a user's arm, a biological sensor unit mounted on a finger of the user for detecting the biological information, and a cable 5 for connecting the main body 2 and the biological sensor unit in a manner to communicate. When a first coordinate axis which passes through the central part of the main body 2 and extends in the direction of three o'clock and nine o'clock of a wrist watch and a second coordinate axis which passes through the central part of the main body 2 and extends in the direction of six o'clock and twelve o'clock are supposed on a virtual plane when a surface on which a display part 6 is provided is considered as a front surface by a plan view, the cable 5 extends from the peripheral part of the main body 2 corresponding to a first quadrant defined by a first half line T1 extending toward a fingertip of the wearer on the first coordinate axis by using an intersecting point of the first coordinate axis and the second coordinate axis as an end point and a second half line T2 extending in the direction of twelve o'clock on the second coordinate axis by using the intersecting point as an end point. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
