<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device and system suitably used grasp an insulation state of equipment. <P>SOLUTION: The communication device is equipped with a communication module 11 as a data line terminating device which can be connected to a wireless packet communication network 100, and a control means 12 which is interposed between the communication module 11 and a data terminal device 20 and controls communication by the data terminal device 20 using the communication module 11. The control means 12 extracts identification information with which the data terminal device 20 can uniquely be identified from a communication message sent from the data terminal device 20 to a first management server 210, stores the identification information in a storage means 13, and sends the identification information out to a second management server 310 using the communication module 11 when there is no communication between the data terminal device 20 and first management server 210. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
