<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a viewer to automatically acquire coupons without operating a remote controller, etc. when the viewer views a CM with the coupons. <P>SOLUTION: Video streams and audio streams of a plurality of kinds of programs and CMs, CM data indicating a specific CM and coupon data indicating coupon information are separated from a transport stream by a separation circuit 1 and decoded by a video decoder 2, an audio decoder 3 and a data decoder 4. Output from the data decoder 4 is received by a receiving part 5, the CM data and the coupon data each comprised of a header part and a data part are received by a control part 10. In the control part 10, processing is controlled according to a control program 12a and the coupon data is accumulated in a coupon data memory 11.
