<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner having pre-cooling, cooling and dehumidifying and reheating functions, and preventing freezing of a heat medium at a low temperature time such as winter, and an operation method for it. <P>SOLUTION: This air conditioner 10 includes: a cooling and dehumidifying coil 14; an upstream coil 12 provided on the upstream side to the flow of air of the cooling and dehumidifying coil 14; a downstream coil 16 provided on the downstream side; a circulating pump 20 provided in circulating pipeline 18 (18a, 18b) and a circulating pipeline 18a which mutually circulate water flowing through the interiors of the upstream coil 12 and the downstream coil 16; a hot water outgoing pipeline 22 and a hot water return pipeline 24 connected to the circulating pipelines 18a, 18b; a control part 25 for controlling the operating condition of the air conditioner 10; and a fan 26. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
