PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a focus adjustment device 31 capable of automatically adjusting focus of an electron lens 17 of an X-ray image tube 11. SOLUTION: A jig 32 being an index of a focus degree of the electron lens 17 is imaged with the use of the X-ray image tube 11. From the imaged data, a measuring means 33 measures a focus degree.
